JUST IN: Call For Sack Of Chief Of Defence Staff Immature, Ill time— Arewa Youth Assembly For Good Leadership 

The leadership of Arewa youth Assembly for Good Leadership has noted with dismay the unpatriotic call by Arewa Economic Forum and Arewa youth Consultative Forum for the suspension of ineffective or nonperforming Chief of Defence Staff, General C.G Musa OFR.

The call by those groups are rather unpatriotic and absolutely in bad faith. These groups were sponsored by agents of darkness to denigrate the efforts the Nigerian Armed Forces has been making to restore sanity to Nigerian state. They are paid agents and their views on national matters can not be taken seriously.

The Armed forces under the leadership of General C. G. Musa has been up and down in tackalling security Challenges in Nigeria. A lot of notorious Criminals and armed bandits have been arrested across the country. Any call for his suspension is needless, unpatriotic and terribly unwelcome.

Ambassador Abdul Danbature, the speaker of Arewa youth Assembly for Good Leadership in a statement said the group  being the most genuine and apex youth organisation in Northern Nigeria with verifiable structures across Northern Nigeria will continue to identify and lend unwavering support to any Nigerian in Leadership position who are making positive marks in their given assignement.

 According to him: ” There is no iota of doubt that Nigerian Armed forces under the leadership of General C. G. Musa is doing a lot to contain insecurity in Nigeria. Even the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has acknowledged his efforts in combating insecurity in Nigeria. Security in every civilisation is everyone business. Therefore, all hands must be on deck to rid Nigeria of insecurity.

” The Nigerian Armed Forces deserves the encouragement of all Nigerians so as to serve as a catalyst for the personel to do more.  The call for the Suspension of ineffective service chief does not arise in view of their invaluable efforts in protecting and securing the territorial integrity of Nigerian state”, he noted.

He reiterated that he will continue to mobilize youth irrespective of political affiliation to support the Nigerian Armed Forces under the able leadership of Gen. C. G. Musa, OFR.
