The Asiwaju Loyalist Ladies (A.L.L.), in collaboration with the Tinubu Torch Bearers (TTB), have unveiled their National Secretariat, reaffirming their commitment to promoting the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the humanitarian initiatives championed by Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu.

The event, led by the Founder and Convener of the Asiwaju Loyalist Ladies, Hon. Mrs. Abiola Obagun-Towobola, attracted members and supporters of both groups who gathered to celebrate the formal opening of the secretariat and strategize on expanding grassroots support for the administration’s programmes across the country.

Speaking at the occasion, Mrs. Obagun-Towobola described the secretariat as a rallying point for women, youths, and community leaders committed to advancing the ideals of the Renewed Hope Agenda and supporting initiatives that improve the lives of Nigerians.

The unveiling also served as a platform for the group to highlight the achievements of First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu through the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), which they described as one of the administration’s most impactful social intervention platforms.

According to the group, the First Lady has continued to champion programmes focused on women empowerment, youth development, education support, healthcare interventions, and assistance to vulnerable Nigerians since assuming office in 2023.

The organisation noted that the Renewed Hope Initiative has provided food outreach support to widows, persons living with disabilities, special schools, and vulnerable families across the country. It also commended Senator Tinubu’s advocacy for maternal and child healthcare and her campaigns aimed at reducing maternal mortality nationwide.

Among the achievements highlighted was the donation of ₦1 billion through the Renewed Hope Initiative to support the fight against cervical cancer and promote awareness of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination among women and girls.

The group further praised the First Lady’s support for women entrepreneurs through grants, training programmes, and business support initiatives designed to enhance economic empowerment and self-reliance.

They also pointed to programmes targeted at persons living with disabilities through welfare and financial support schemes, as well as partnerships with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) to establish Digital Learning Centres in several states to improve digital literacy among young Nigerians.

The Asiwaju Loyalist Ladies commended Senator Oluremi Tinubu’s sustained advocacy for girls’ education, women’s inclusion in governance, and youth empowerment, describing her interventions as critical to national development and social progress.

Reaffirming their support for the administration, the group called on Nigerians to continue embracing the Renewed Hope Agenda while promoting the values of unity, service, and community development.

The organisation expressed confidence that the initiatives of both President Tinubu and the First Lady would continue to yield positive outcomes for citizens, particularly women, youths, and vulnerable groups.

With the unveiling of the National Secretariat, the Asiwaju Loyalist Ladies and Tinubu Torch Bearers said they are poised to deepen grassroots mobilisation and public engagement in support of government programmes, while advancing their campaign message of “Pray, Vote, Win” for a greater and more prosperous Nigeria.
