JUST IN: Edo 2024: Dr Ernest Afolabi Umakhihe receives screening certificate, cleared to contest the party’s primaries

Aspirant to Edo State Government House, Dr. Ernest Afolabi Umakhihe has today 10th February, 2024 received his screening certificate from the Screening committee of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Abuja.

Presenting the certificate to him by the National Organising Secretary, Suleiman M Argungu in a ceremony attended by the 12 aspirants cleared to contest the governorship election in September 2024.

Dr Ernest Afolabi, a cosmopolitan politician with strength of commitment to service was in a cheerful mood receiving his certificate to contest for the party’s ticket to Osadebe Avenue.

He maintained that he is the most qualified for the seat because he has distinguished himself in various ways and capability with an unblemished records. He said he is in the race to serve Edo people.

The party’s primaries is slated to hold this Saturday 17th, February, 2024 in the 192 wards across the state.
